Welcome!

Congratulations to everyone on being cast in Charlotte's Web!  My name is Danielle Soffa, and I want to introduce myself as your Show Manager.  I am volunteering to help Becca make this show a fun and successful experience for you and your kids.  I am here to answer all of your questions in order to allow Becca to concentrate on the show.  If I don't know an answer, I will find out!  I have listed my e-mail and cell phone number below. 

Blog
I will be using a blogspot blog to keep all the information about Charlotte’s Web in one place. Please click on the link pctcharlottesweb.blogspot.com and subscribe to the blog. Once you subscribe, when there is a new post you will receive an email that will link you to the blog. This blog will be updated with any forms, schedules and weekly information needed.

Rehearsal and Parent Meeting
Our first rehearsal will be tomorrow, Wednesday, July 22, from 6:00-8:30 pm. Please let me know if you will not be able to attend rehearsal. Parents, please plan on staying for the first 30-45 minutes of rehearsal for a parent meeting. This meeting is particularly important if you are new to PCT.

The following forms are attached to this email and will be due at the first rehearsal:
Registration Form – Due by the 1st rehearsal and 1/2 of the tuition ($150.00) will be due by the 2nd rehearsal (7/29). You can pay on-line and pay half the tuition by putting in the code DEPOSIT.
Performance Conflict Form - Due by the 1st rehearsal
Parent’s Letter of Understanding - Due by the 1st rehearsal
Media Consent Form - Due by the 1st rehearsal

*** I have also attached other forms that will be due at a later date or discussed at the parent meeting. You can begin reviewing them but they are not due at this time.***

Volunteers
Thank you to everyone who volunteered for a coordinator position!  Volunteers are crucial to the success of every production at PCT and it truly takes a village to create a spectacular show. I will be reaching out to individuals by email who will be filling each role. We are still in need of a set design volunteer. This person will work closely with Ms. Becca to bring her vision to the stage and also be the go to person for set build. Please let me know if you are interested. 

Rehearsals
Rehearsals will be every Wednesday from 6:00-8:30pm, with additional rehearsals scheduled for specific roles on Saturdays.  I will post the Rehearsal Schedule as soon as it is completed. 

Important reminders for rehearsals:
• Wear comfortable clothes and tennis or dance shoes (no open-toed shoes or Crocs)
• Bring a water bottle
• Bring a highlighter and pencil for notes
